In-Home Delivery

Furnish by Us is pleased to offer in-home delivery services throughout Southern California. For clients residing outside this area, we provide the option of drop-shipping to other states, subject to an additional fee. Please contact our customer service representatives for further details and a personalized shipping quote. Please note that delivery is not free and will be subject to a shipping fee based on your location and the size of the order.

Delivery Procedure:

Upon scheduling your delivery, our team will communicate with you 30 minutes before their arrival. The items will be delivered in their original packaging, and an invoice will be presented for your acknowledgment and record-keeping. Please be advised that any assembly requirements and the disposal of packaging materials are the sole responsibility of the customer unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance with our team.

Please notify us at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery. Kindly note that any previously assembled or used items, or those lacking their original packaging, are not eligible for return or exchange, following our policy.

DISCLAIMER:

The Furnish by Us delivery team is not accountable for assembly or packaging disposal. All necessary tools and instructions will be included in the packaging. Any items that have been assembled, used, or are missing their original packaging will be ineligible for return or exchange as per our policy.
