WARRANTY:
Furnish by Us offers a comprehensive 3-month manufacturer warranty covering all manufacturer-related defects within 90 days (about 3 months) of delivery. However, please note that this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from the following:
– Exposure to extreme temperatures
– Negligence or carelessness
– Incorrect assembly
– Accidental wear and tear
– Unauthorized repairs
Should you identify any significant defects or damages upon receiving your item, please reach out to us via phone or email at Info@furnishbyus.com. Our team will promptly schedule a Customer Service visit to facilitate the replacement of the affected item. Kindly direct all warranty-related communications and inquiries to our office, as our delivery team is not equipped to handle such matters. We are committed to swiftly resolving any issues you may encounter and request a maximum of 10 business days to address your customer service needs.
Returns & Exchanges:

Furnish by Us proudly upholds a 7-day return/exchange policy for all our customers. To qualify for this service, items must remain unassembled and in their original packaging. While we do not charge a restocking fee, please be aware that a pick-up fee may be applicable, depending on the item and its location. Customers have the option to arrange and bear the cost of return shipping. It is essential for customers to confirm all furniture dimensions against the measurements of their home before making a purchase. Once an item has been assembled or its packaging discarded or torn, it becomes ineligible for our return/exchange policy and is considered a final sale.
Cancellations:
To ensure efficient and timely services, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be communicated to us at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled delivery date. For any customer service concerns, please address them directly with a Furnish by Us customer representative.
